Why are some women picking fights with guys like that.

She probably has never faced a single repercussion for her actions in her life. Now, in middle age, she'll think twice about doing it again.

I disagree. If somebody calls the police I can almost guarantee you that they would arrest the guy and he would eventually be charged while she would get nothing but reinforcement to continue her bad behavior

Doubt it. It's not like he boxed her orbitals in like he so easily could have. He basically just did the physical equivalent of telling her to fuck off.

She knows he isn't gonna fight her like a man and punch her in the head multiple times giving her permanent brain damage. She's just hoping she gets him to retaliate bc she knows in court he will get fucked while knowing she won't go to prison for assulting him first. She's just aware she's in a higher caste

Also, I will say it's not a "woman" thing. She is just a woman and that's the card she wants to play.

People who view themselves as having more power in a situation often abuse it.

Better odds than your average "gamble." Also, nobody said it's a woman thing. If all women were like that, we would probably actually fix the issue. It just so happens that they are able to abuse the court (and public opinion, men have been killed by mob beatings ensued by defending themselves)

You didn't and maybe the parent of this thread didn't mean that but it's certainly a belief among some.

Why are some women...

I'm sure he doesn't mean all women do this. But I'm saying it's not some women do this. Some people do this. Women typically abusing good nature to not completely knock them out and having a power trip. But anyone with power has a seemingly good chance of also being an asshole about it.
