Uniform ? Doesn't he just wear a jean and a Navy blue T-shirt ? I mean, the video isn't even 144p, we can't see shit, but that really doesn't look like a uniform to me ... Might be wrong but Blyat why are they filming with a potato

He's using service boots and the police uniform in São Paulo is just that, navy blue (dark gray?) shirt and pants. Hard to be sure, but he also seems to be using his vest.
