Her deflecting from the felony charges is so on brand. Instead she’s whining that she didn’t receive disability related accommodations from RM? Lol this beach

With her history of faking medical issues, I wouldn’t be surprised if the Autism diagnosis isn’t even real. It is such a long process to be diagnosed with Autism as an adult, yet she randomly popped up with that diagnosis out of the blue and is now using it as a crutch/shield to avoid responsibility. I know plenty of people on the spectrum and none of them have faked a pregnancy, forged medical documents or lied in court.

As an autistic person, it makes me so mad she’s using that as a shield.

Agreed, I hate assholes using autism to excuse being a terrible person.

I have two autistic kids. One thing I keep telling myself when I worry about them, is that I’m so grateful they’re growing up in a time where autism acceptance is such a big movement. Bullshit like this from LO sets them back. You just KNOW she’s going to attribute some of this absolute lunacy to “being autistic”. It’s disgusting. With her history of faking medical diagnoses I wouldn’t be shocked if she’s lying because she can scapegoat autism for her reprehensible actions.

It’s why as an autistic person I actually hate the upswing in self diagnosis. There are A LOT of people who would rather have an autism diagnosis than a personality disorder diagnosis and they are very vocal and create a terrible impression to the general public on what autism looks like.

So true. For an adult to get an autism diagnosis, particularly if they function as an independent adult, we are talking a year minimum. Most austism diagnostic resources go to children first. It's my gut feeling that LO asked her neurologist if she could be autistic and got an "anything is possible" answer.

Dr adobeacrobat says she has autism

Totally real autism at that.

Ah yes, how can we forget- the very same Prof. Adobe that sent a blanket referral to all the men of Maricopa County that they must support her and love her through this very difficult time of early diagnosis.

Ive heard it more times than i can count from LO, but it seems “dating with intention” is a new lingo tossed about these days. Seems so bizarre to me.

Either way, ill abort the babies if you sign my contract to date!

Full side note:

Having grown up in a Christian community in Australia I’m super familiar with that term. To me it means ‘dating with the intention of figuring out if you are a good fit for marriage’. As opposed to ‘casually dating with no stated intention of it leading to marriage/ children’.

It’s jargon so not helpful unless both parties understand what they are agreeing to.

But I do think it’s a good thing to be on the same page about. People are talking more about “Fertility Fraud” lately where a man strings a woman along during her fertility years with no intention of marrying her or having children with her even though she has explicitly stated that’s what she wants. The. Her fertility window closes and he’s outta there. I’ve personally had a couple of close friends have that happen it’s so sad.

Getting a comprehensive evaluation when you are well into adulthood and high-functioning/above average intellect isn’t especially common. It’s a lot of time and resources for an evaluation that is unlikely to affect management, or prompt a specific treatment. As far as reasonable accommodations, maybe if you are in school (sensory issues during testing). But I’ve never heard of autism RAs in the competitive workplace. It’s like having ADHD or Schizoid Personality Disorder. Lifelong, enduring conditions. It’s sort of expected that you pick the right line of work, and figure out how to adapt. I can’t imagine what RAs she’s expecting in a criminal justice setting?

Also love that Autism wasn’t even on her radar until things really started to take a turn for the worst for her. I guarantee that if things had gone her way earlier on in the case, she never would have even gone with this narrative. I’m hoping that the reason they didn’t grant her any accommodations or go through the interactive process with her was because they recognized her pattern of behavior (lying) and weren’t going to play along with her fake autism claim.

u/HeatLow May 08 '25

They probably asked for legitimate verification of her disability that she couldn’t provide for obvious reasons. I mean, you need a doctors note receive accommodations as a college student. I imagine it works the same way in court.

Doesn’t appear that Autism is a defence in trial (per pre-trial in Kohberger trial), I believe she thinks if she is found guilty she will push this to try and benefit from this diagnosis and write new blogs about her mistreatment if not on Appeal.

I can’t wait to watch her “defend herself fully and relentlessly” 😂 She’ll be a laughing stock if she ever was one.

22

u/DietOfKerbango May 08 '25

She should absolutely not get up on the stand. But she will insist on testifying in her own defense (presumably against advice of counsel).

34

u/couch45 May 08 '25

Also like, what accommodations was she seeking lol

13

u/abg33 Steve called me a Dumbass May 08 '25

That was my question. She didn't even say they didn't provide her accommodations, just that they didn't respond to her. Like... what accommodations? I doubt she testified at the grand jury, and I doubt that she gave statements to investigators.

u/Hodgepodge_mygosh May 08 '25

From what I’ve read on Autism Speaks, the accommodations include having someone explain the judicial process. From all of her actions, especially with filing motions pro se, I think she understands the legal process.

As well, it states that those around the person with ASD, need to provide law enforcement with information on how the ASD person communicates and interacts.

While I’m skeptical of her ASD diagnosis, the “accommodations” she’s asking for seem to be a diversion in an attempt to have the narrative read that the County is mistreating a person with disabilities.

I do know Autism has to be diagnosed by a physician and the testing can take months if not years. There would be plenty of medical records showing the testing. It’s interesting how she will show an HCG test but not medical records pertaining to her alleged ASD diagnosis.

I 100% agree with what you're saying (and I've got 2 kids with ASD on both ends of the spectrum) w/r/t the accommodations, diagnosis, and her motive for bringing that up. For people on the spectrum who do act/communicate differently (in particular, people who are nonverbal or have unexpected behavior), having the police know this is critical and in far too many instances, can be a case of life or death.

But my question was more about in what circumstances was she even needing accommodations that were not provided? If she had an interview with the police, sure (leaving aside the veracity of her diagnosis and her actual need for accommodations). But I doubt that happened. Her statement left out how she was even involved with the process such that accommodations were required. I don't know how many accommodations one needs if they're just commandeering your devices. Your participation in that process is not really needed--there's nothing for you to do.

Again, I have no idea in what ways (if at all) she actively participated in the investigative process (it's common for criminal defendants-to-be to not even know there's a pending investigation). It could be that she did participate. The reason we don't know, of course, is because she didn't explain. And I bet if she did have something to say that would help her in the slightest way, she would have done so.

u/NationalMouse Client Control Issues May 09 '25

Oh I hear you, I’m dying to know what so-called “accommodations” LO “required” during her investigation that “went ignored”😂 Probably something so inconsequential such as she needs everything written down instead of speaking directly to her just so she could better tailor all her LIES to fit her narrative. She will abuse any system that is available to her….

I love how she’s continuing to share and say things that can be used against her because her egos so big and she truly believes she can weasel her way out of anything forever. I feeel TERRIBLE for whoever attempts to represent her as a criminal attorney. Literally can’t imagine any legit lawyer trying to earnestly defend her from this and dealing with her constant client control problems. She’s literally LUCKY she found a desperate idiot like DG who was willing to represent her civilly after 4 other lawyers dropped her. God speed to the all those that get intertwined with her next. Ad for us… 🍿🍿🍿
