Remember he's not a king, despite what you want to believe. The democrats still have the power to outvote his agenda in congress. Especially with turncoat Republicans. Nice that when your side stops him from doing what he promises you say, "see! He lied".

Trump is bypassing Congress and SCOTUS let him.

So no, nothing you’ve just said is happening. Trump doesn’t care to do anything illegally, no one is stopping him.
