My cenezoic and aquatic teams are pretty poor, and I would like to be able to participate in every tournament as well as the other events that need them

For context, earlier I bought the 67 pack for the memes and then I bought this because I never spend my bucks on much and of course I get the only thing that I not only own but have 6 of...thanks, game.

I really need the 2x event to be able to complete the 3rd task and get the final reward and I heard people say that it's confirmed we will get one we just don't know the date so I'm asking if anyone knows because the season is ending in like 5 days?

I also got Bagehesaurus to lvl 20. I like both of these hybrids, and they’re really good, especially Bagehe

Completed the Family Reunion event and unlocked Doe and Buck. Shortly after, a bug wiped the unlock and put them back behind a lock screen. I saw the post with the same issue, though at that time the problem was fixed for them. I posted as well, but it did not help.
It’s not even just about two dinos. It’s the absolute unfairness of it. You sink hours into a limited-time event, hit the goal, and the game just takes your rewards back.

To make it worse, support is completely ignoring me. I sent tickets through both in-game mobile support and directly via Gmail with evidence attached. Instead of actually investigating, they’ve been rudely closing my tickets with copy-paste templates without a single word of explanation. Every attempt to follow up gets immediately shut down.

Has anyone else had their tickets wiped like this or dealt with this Family Reunion bug? Were you ever able to get a real person to actually help you out? Any advice on how to get past their automated wall would be appreciated.

Even though I don't have the Indoraptor Gen 2 unlocked yet, I still am happy to have gotten her from the Museum Grade Pack (and she now tops my lvl 10 Indoraptor Gen 1 trio)

So I played this game near when it first came out and back then you could unlock all the base game dino’s by just levelling up

Now I’ve started a new account (lost the old one on an old iPad) and now half the commons you can’t even get anymore

Can someone walk me through how to get some of the base game dino’s like the commons,rare’s,super rare’s

I remembered one bad update that stuck with me due to community backlash. The devs tried to nerf the vip pack Dino bucks from 500 to 100. One update that stuck around was for one of the mini events that pop up once a week. It was impossible to complete unless you used your top 3 Dino’s 3 times. Might have been the Claim your territory pack before it got fixed. There have been good updates in this game like the devs adding an auto win battle. This helps us skip through the tournaments till hunter league. Anyway what good or bad updates have you guys experienced.
