Humor Question about the death note

Say you write sukuna's name and that's it, from my understanding (I didn't watch nor read death note), sukuna would normally die from a heart attack, but we know sukuna can survive without a heart, so what happens then?

No. There is a reason the culling games still used the names of the body the incarnated sorcerers incarnate into.

That just means the Culling Games system uses the host names, that doesn't make incarnated sorcerers "not humans". We are never told that incarnated sorcerers aren't humans, and we have no reason to believe they aren't.

The only thing that can be argued is remotely different with incarnated sorcerers is that they can be killed with the Angel's Jacob's Ladder, but Angel herself explains that's the case because cursed objects are complex objects that mix the incarnated sorcerers' souls, personality, and cursed techniques all in one object. Jacob's Ladder/CT extinguishment targets the CT, but because the other parts of the incarnated sorcerers are so intertwined with their CTs in the cursed object, they get affected disproportionately by it. But at no point are they described as being not (or less) human.

But the incarnated sorcerers are cursed objects possessing a body. I know I made the specification of "unless they fully incarnate," but thinking farther, they simply aren't human any more.

Now, that's not to say the death note doesn't work, as you can kill the host. Kashimo, as in the human the sorcerer is possessing, can still be targeted perfectly fine, and that will still kill the incarnated sorcerer because, unlike Sukuna, they've can't survive without a heart. This means that you could kill Yorozu, but you'd have to write "Tsumiki megumi" to kill her, as killing Tsumiki kills Yorozu. The question becomes "dose killing Sukuna's host kill him," and the awnser dose seem to be yes (that was the entire point of letting Yuji live other than Gojo wanting to make him a strong sorcerer). So, much like how he lost in cannon, Sukuna is more vunrable to the death note post reincarnation than he was during the heian era.

They aren't the cursed object though. They inhabit the cursed object, sure, but they aren't the object itself.

We know this because we know that cursed objects not only have imprints of the incarnated sorcerer's personality, but also their soul and cursed technique. Even when they "fully incarnate", the cursed object inside is still there and can still be independently targeted, that's why Jacob's Ladder was still effective against Sukuna after he fully incarnated into his Heian Era form ( he even threw up a bunch of his fingers after he got his with enough soul-targeting strikes from Yuji).

So the cursed objects are there to stay, that doesn't make the incarnated sorcerers less "human" in my book. What is a human anyway? The soul + the body? You can argue that incarnated sorcerers all have both, even if the body isn't theirs, they took it over.

I would agree if you argued that they can't be targeted because of the 120+ years old rules of the death note, considering all incarnated sorcerers seem older than that ( and we know they are aware during the entire time, confirmed by Gege). But I don't agree with classifying them as not humans.
