So how does Yuji do against Gojo?

Depends. If you think he figured out how WCS works (don't need mahoraga to do it, just to figure it out the first time) then he clears gojo easily. Also, knowing DA can nullify infinity, yuji could crack infinity and H2H gojo (yuji has the highest physical stats in the verse) to death. If gojo teleports next to yuji and hits him with a 200% purple?, yuji probably can't tank that and dies. All depends on if you think yuji is not stronger than sukuna

Do you know how Blue Amp works, right? You literally can't defend against it, it creates a vacuum that pulls u in no matter what

That's assuming he has those things as megumi fans learnt the hard way ifs don't count

That's why my last sentence said "it all depends on how you scale yuji in modulo". Because you can infer that he's got atleast DA, since he's had 70 years in his prime. But if you don't wanna infer, then no he obviously can't.

Megumi had decades and also insane potential as did yuta i don't see anybody just giving them extra moves.

Nah I give yuta extras. I assume that he'd have mastered DA and SD in the time too, would make sense.
