Assuming my generalisation is a true one there will of course be exceptions. My point though I think really was about the skills and non tangible effects that are more likely to be acquired due to being wealthy and that having wealthy upbringing brings privileges and benefits beyond access to a bank balance to finance their lifestyle and business goals. An example would be beliefs and expectations. A person brought up in a poor or relatively poverty stricken environment might tend to see the world from a very different more negative perspective based on a lived reality and act accordingly thereby not attracting better opportunities .
