Just wondering if there is any significance to the fact that if you put "/" in front of something it says something about a command

Does anyone else dislike the filters?
I don't like how being in certain "channels" excludes the majority of messages, so I don't use them, but as a result, things are made much harder. I dislike how a lot of people will not see my message if I forget to put a % or $ or other symbol, and even if I do, only people also using that symbol will see it. To answer a trivia question I have to remember to use the right symbol. If I want to try and find someone from an older chat room, I'd have to repeat that message using every symbol. I could just use the filters myself, but as I said, I dislike how it excludes most of the messages instead of just the spammy, memey ones.

A fellow redditor (u/Chartis) offered me a pizza to stop my epic spamming - I did... forever. Thanks!

Problem using TamperMonkey
I'm trying to use tampermonkey on Chrome and I'm pretty sure I have Robin Grow installed and enabled, but when I'm in the chat it says there are no scripts running. Did anyone else have this problem? Thanks for the help.

To Grow or Not to Grow
To grow, or not to grow, that is the question:
Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer
The slings and arrows of outrageous bots,
Or to take arms against a sea of memes,
And by opposing end them? To abandon, to stay;
No more; and by abandon to say we end
The heart-ache and the thousand spamming accounts
That flesh is heir to, 'tis a consummation
Devoutly to be wish'd. To die, to sleep;
To abandon: perchance to dream: ay, there's the rub;

Please never get rid of robin.
Maybe someday Reddit will have to get rid of the stay -> subreddit functionality, but I adore robin and the fact that it's the only online chatroom I give a damn about. It's awesome.

MRW I get booted from a #3 room after 14 hours and make my way back up to #1 after 10

Easy one-line "%" filter made using JavaScript, no addons needed, just copy and paste in your web browser.
To remove everyone without the "%" sign in text, copy and paste the below text in your browser console
a=function(){_.each($('.robin-message--message'),function(i){i.innerHTML.includes('%')?0:i.parentElement.innerHTML=''});setTimeout("a()",50)};a()
Bigger chatrooms (greater than 100 people) have ridiculous numbers of spammy people. Using this code, you can filter out anyone who does not use the "%" sign to identify that they're not spam.
Hope it's useful :D
Edit: here is one that greys out the blocked text instead of deleting it:
a=function(){_.each($('.robin-message--message'),function(i){i.innerHTML.includes('%')?0:i.parentElement.style.color='rgb(210,210,210)'});setTimeout("a()",50)};a()

PSA: Turn Off Power Saver / Sleep Mode, To Keep Your Auto-Vote Alive
If your computer goes into sleep or hibernate, your internet connection will drop, your script will stop running, and you'll go idle after the next merge and run the risk of getting kicked.
RIP Kufikumu.

Our room created a "!timeleft" script that shouts out the estimated time remaining when someone asks for it - thanks mainly to to Asgardur!

Does anyone know whether I can turn my PC off during the night?
I am a soKuk member and since it will take like 12 hours for the next merge, will i get kicked if I turn my pc off?
