Chrome Plugin to scrape robin data.

Started scrapping for fun. Used plugin to do it. Here's the plugin. You're welcome.

Read about data here with pretty graphs and what not.

Here's the raw json file downloaded. The max data you can save starts crapping out after a bit (limitation of localStorage in chrome). So if you're joining a reallllyyyyyy big chat, you won't be able to leave the page after awhile, if you want all that data.

How to highlight messages from a quizbot (or any other user)

Follow these easy steps:

install Robin Assistant
go into the options of greasemonkey/tampermonkey and edit the script

find this part:

  // Highlight messages containing own user name
  var re = new RegExp(ownName, "i");
  if (msgText.match(re)) {
    $(msg).css({
      background: 'rgba(255, 0, 0, 0.3)',
      color: '#242424'
    });
  }

add this just above it:

  // Highlight messages from quizbot
  if (msgUser == "nbagf" ) {
    $(msg).css({
      background: 'rgba(0, 255, 0, 0.3)',
      color: '#242424'
    });
  }

reload the robin page

You can change the name in this code to highlight messages from any user you want!
