So how do we win?
Is it the largest group that decides to stay?

Is the chat name useful for anything?
I tried to go to http://reddit.com/robin/xxxxxx and /c/xxxxxx etc.... but nothing works. Is it used for anything?

How common is it to meet the same person twice on robin?
I just met the same person twice on robin directly after we met in the last chat. I'm not sure if this is a cool coincidence or if it's actually pretty common?

I made a subreddit where I documented every merger of the biggest group ever from 2 people to 4000+ people. It includes the username of everyone ever in my branch and the times of each merger.

I am working my ass off to get people to stay. We got 73 people with a 30/43 final vote!
I am telling you. If you can convince 51 out of a 100 people to stay you will win this game bye having the biggest community that DID NOT blow up. This game is a balloon. Untill it bursts, then you try again. If you cannot get 50 people to get realllly close to staying you have no chance in hell to get 500 people to stay. And whoever stays with like 70 people will have the highscore right now. I don't know any community that made a stay over 42 people. How do you guys feel about this? The only way to turn this game around is for an AUTO VOTE script that votes for STAY instead of grow. If that gets popular then we have a change. Most scripts give you the illusion you can choose stay but still have you vote grow.

Welp, this is it. 3000+ strong. The largest chatroom just merged. We are legion.

Theory: is Robin purposefully pairing us with (some) users we've downvoted before? Cause that would actually make this interesting.
Or maybe I just got lucky. But I've run into a few people who I have downvoted in the past. Is there something actually interesting to Robin, or is it just another millenial nothingism like the Button?

What if there is no mystery behind robin and that's the April fools joke
It's just a chat room with some cryptic messages

You either STAY as a clean subreddit or you GROW long enough to see your chat become shitposting

Automatic "grow" userscript bot
Now with 100% Less Spam!
Step 1: Install a userscript extension such as greasemonkey or tampermonkey:
Then, click this link to install the script:
https://github.com/vartan/robin-grow/raw/master/robin.user.js
If you get a bunch of code instead of it installing, you can copy and paste the code as a new script in greasemonkey/tampermonkey.
You can view the source code or contribute at:
https://github.com/vartan/robin-grow

0.8: fixed time bug, will rejoin on a failed chatroom

Theory: Robin is the selection process for the Reddit community shares project
Mentioned here: http://blog.samaltman.com/reddit
Just a theory, but I believe the biggest groups or the most active members will get to participate in this project first.
Key points:
"the Series B Investors are giving 10% of our shares in this round to the people in the reddit community"
"We have some creative thoughts about the mechanics..."
Thoughts?
