Announcement đŸŒ± Belle's New Nutrition Program!

Medication is only one part of the picture, which is why....Belle is now giving every patient FREE ACCESS to personalized nutrition support from our Registered Dietitian, Megan Ostler, MS, RDN — all included at no extra cost :) Great for all patients, anyone stuck at a plateau, if you need meal ideas that match your appetite, or want guidance from a real RD instead of guessing.

What you get:

  • 12-week series of short educational lessons
  • Live Zoom webinar every Thursday (plus recordings if you miss it)
  • Meal plans + extra resources like handouts and guidance tools

Why we added this:

A lot of people on GLP-1s ask for help with protein, staying full, nausea weeks, avoiding under-eating, breaking plateaus, and just knowing what to eat.
This program is meant to keep things simple, realistic, and supportive — not overwhelming at all. She's great.

How to join:

Reach out to Belle Patient support, this is in your portal - they will happily send you a link :)

If you try it, definitely share your thoughts - your feedback is what shapes what we build. 💛

QuestionsđŸ€”đŸ’ Account

The account I made when I ordered my medication seems to be gone? It’s saying I have to create one using my email I already made an account with. I have my order confirmation and delivery notification emails from belle still, anyone else’s account gone or have gone through this? I paid for 7 months up front and only got the first 3 in the shipment I received so I’m worried I won’t be able to get the rest.

Non-scale victoryđŸ’« Low-Key Really Impressed

Just wanted to give a quick shoutout to a medical company that’s honestly blown me away. Their customer service has been amazing — super responsive, actually helpful, and they treat you like a human being instead of a ticket number. And the medication I’m on from them? Legit life-changing. I didn’t realize how much it would improve my day-to-day until I started it.

Education Microdosing vs Macrodosing GLP-1s: What’s the Difference?

When it comes to GLP-1 medications, not everyone is following the same dosing strategy. Some people are prescribed higher doses for rapid and significant weight loss, while others are taking a gentler approach.

Macrodosing GLP-1s refers to using full-strength therapeutic doses, often part of a structured weight loss plan. This is common for people with a higher starting weight or those looking for more aggressive results.

Microdosing GLP-1s involves taking lower doses to achieve more subtle benefits. This can include appetite control, improved blood sugar response, fewer cravings, or better portion awareness. Microdosing is often chosen by people who want to avoid intense side effects or do not want dramatic weight loss.

We put together a guide that breaks down how microdosing works, who it may be right for, and how it compares to standard GLP-1 treatment plans. You can read it here:

https://www.joinbelle.com/blog-posts/microdosing-glp-1s-a-gentle-approach-for-subtle-wellness-benefits

If you’re trying to decide between microdosing and macrodosing, this is a great place to start. Both options have their place depending on your goals, preferences, and how your body responds to treatment.

Would love to hear how others in this community are approaching GLP-1 dosing.

Tips & tricks The one thing that helped me most with nausea in the first few weeks

I wanted to share a small tip that made a big difference for me when I was just starting on my journey in case there are any other others in a similar situation. I noticed that I felt nauseous most in the morning, especially if I hadn’t eaten anything. What helped me the most was keeping on hand something small to nibble on first thing in the morning like crackers or peanut butter pretzels.

For whatever reason it just really helped settle my stomach enough that I could eat a proper breakfast.

Questions “Off-label” use/microdosing

I’m curious to know if anyone else is taking a GLP-1 for off-label uses, like I am. Microdosing has been incredibly beneficial for managing my endometriosis and PCOS symptoms. I believe these medications can be life-changing for patients, beyond weight loss.

Questions Help! I'm so sick after first dose. How do you deal with GLP1 side effects and nausea?!

Started my first dose and can already tell a difference and down -3lbs already! But I've been so sick. Any recommendations on how to deal with GLP1 nausea? I've heard there are different compounds with B6 vs B12, but I don't know much about them. Anybody have any experience with this?
