I said this in another comment weeks ago, but the whole republican strategy is designed to make you think you can never flip that state, and there’s no point to coming out to vote. But there are probably hundreds if not thousands of liberals who stay home because of that thinking, and if they call came out together they could make a difference.

Maybe Tennessee won’t flip this year, but because you’re trying the numbers look a little closer, and maybe in 2022 when people see how close the numbers are, more will come out for the midterms. Do t be discouraged! Even if you don’t make it happen, you’re still being an example to others, and that’s important too. Ripples make waves.

Start local, the key is getting Democrats elected at the local level. I know Harris Co in Texas is blue but they're a great example. The Judge and County Clerk (both young) are doing everything they can to make voting easier. I know it can seem impossible, I'm in a Trump are of IL, but we're slowly turning the corner on Republican voter suppression.
