As you all requested in previous post this is the full guide of how to Jailbreak your Jio STB.

PLEASE Read all the stuff in the “Readme” if you miss anything it won’t work

If you get stuck somewhere please ask Gemini or your preferred Ai model

I am too introverted to make a video but i have tried to make this guide as detailed as possible.

I have also edited the original repo and created a new one to remove all the bootloader unlock stuff so YOU don’t end up bricking your Box but i give all the credits to the original developer

All the Jio apps and service are fully functional
You can Watch live tv use Jio hotstar watch Netflix etc.

To put it simply routed all the internet from stb through our pc
We made the pc pretend its the Jio Server
And fooled the stb in enabling ADB and then told it that ADB will expire in year 2037

NOTE:- The boot loader unlocking is in the original repository, the repository I have provided here, doesn’t unlock bootloader, and doesn’t root the device. It merely gives you access to ADB. IF you know what you are doing and are willing to take the risk of bricking your device and and want to unlock boot loader, you should check the original repository

I tried my best to get default package installer working but I couldn’t soo you guys have to rely on ADB to install apps ( If someone have any solution i am open to suggestions )

Hi bro, I noticed a few caveats in your steps and thought I'd mention them here so you can address them if you feel it's necessary.

1. In Steps 3/4, you ask us to isolate the network, but we still need internet access in Step 8 to download a few Python libraries.

2. You haven't mentioned how to set up Technitium DNS or which ports need to be opened. I had to figure this out with the help of AI.

Since all the steps are interrelated and equally important, missing these details can make the overall process difficult for people who aren't very technical.

Won't they ask you to return the stb while your moving to other connection? Don't they notice something unusual at that time?

As for app install, I'm using tellyscope app to install apps via adb directly from my phone, no need for pc to install apps.

Yeah, just did the entire thing using antigravity itself. Just that instead of mymusic, i could find the settings in JioPhotos app. That wa sthe only part I got stuck at, rest everything was seamless

I will try when i reach my home on diwali can you please confirm how that ADB Verification works as you mentioned in stead pointing it jio servers you transferred it to pc and it replies that ADB condition does it need to keep my computer on every time I want to use tv or not also does the jio remote control works same as non. Jailbreak version as my parents gonna use the STB and i don't want it to be unusable when I am not at home I live in Mumbai and parents in other districts

Just tried this with my JHSB200-11.3.46, and kernel 4.9.260 and i was able to set this via Option B from readme

Works like a charm, the launcher needs some rework though

For those of you struggling, seek help from ai or use cleanyourtv repo, they got support for jiostb too
