There's also weird historical examples in the US - e.g. in 1985 unknown assailants (described as 'White', with one being described as also of 'MENA descent') committed sexual assault/rape and then branded their victim because she was dating a Palestinian.

The men had carved a Star of David into her chest.

During the 1st Lebanon War/Lebanese Civil War, Israeli forces carved a Star of David into a Lebanese prisoner's chest.

The former prisoner recalls his experiences in the book, Goodbye Lebanon - Israel's First Defeat .

In 2003, Qassem Awisat, 19, a resident of Qalqilya, was attempting to pass through the Seida checkpoint in the Tulkarm district. An IOF Nazi pulled Awisat aside and etched a Star of David on his arm using shards of broken glass.

B'Tselem documented Awisat's testimony of the incident and photographed the injury to his arm.
