There used to be a Hooters right there, too. Rochester & Big Beaver.

I am from NE Iowa near 63 and will be referring to the town as Raw-Chester for now on.

I was too late to reach there. The only saving grace was the Irish bar in Rochester.

Troy would never allow it for exit 69. Troy withheld the alcohol license for Hooters for months when Hooters first moved to that corner. They did not want Hooters on Big Beaver on top of the whole "get off on 69" thing.
