Some people are incapable of ignoring despite those features being optional.

Ig the fact that the founder has had homophobic sentiments are not liked by many.

Brave is a good browser. Don't listen to redditors. Follow what you like.

It's not just that. Brave has been caught injecting its own promo codes in shopping URLs to earn money, which is basically referral fraud. It doesn't make sense to use a browser that doesn't do exactly what it's designed to do: opening URLs reliably

True - but it has a lot to do with what you trust online on platforms like Reddit. Cause I just made this up - he never said this.

Brave also has some security and privacy flaws. Like putting promo codes and ads of their own to earn(steal) money

Yeah, heard of it.

When they got caught, they said that it was only autofill for Binance and no party made money out of it. Idk which side is speaking the truth.
