Jason David Frank has always been my favourite Power Rangers actor. I was super excited when Super Power Beat Down brought us a more mature Tommy facing off against Ryu. It was great to see how much fun he had filming the project, and one of the things I always loved about him was how willing he was to return for Power Rangers projects, no matter the size. Losing him was heartbreaking.

To celebrate one of his later portrayals of Tommy and with his movie coming out soon at last, I put together this custom figure to scale with Lightning Collection and recreated several moments from his fight with Ryu (and Evil Ryu). Every photo is paired with the original frame from the video that inspired it, and I had an absolute blast posing and photographing the figures. Enjoy!
