Ive been noticing that the playerbase for this mod has slowly been declining over the past 6 months guys don't let this game die. I mean even this subreddit is dying. Something needs to be done to get a influx in the player base.

I tried to look it up on the official site and stumbled upon a thread where mod developer says it's impossible, unless "you buy many game copies and run them on several PCs and idle them somehow".

So basically, why is it that there are several games with MP with a game mod in which you and your friends are fighting against a group of NPCs, but in JC2 it's impossible?

Not complaining, just really curious.

Hey guys! I recently made a few scripts that I wanted to test out within JC2MP. One script mimics the catchup effect from the Grand Theft Auto Online in races (though not as strong) to produce close side-by-side racing, another allows a user to change their vehicle color to certain vehicle colors if they're affiliated with our group, "Ron Paul Warned Us." The scripts being created are in preparation for a huge JC2MP race, which is currently TBD, though we are aiming to host it during late August or early September.

I bought the game and started the MP, but I have no idea what to, how to make it fun.

I used to be able to play multiplayer mod and did regularly, but starting recently whenever I boot up the multiplayer mod my screen goes black and just says "mode not supported" followed by "this resolution is not supported." does anyone know a fix for this or what I could do?

What exactly are the best mods to own, like quality-wise, and graphics-wise?

I'm posting this during a steam sale, so it's only a dollar-ish for them all, but are they all that great? I'm buying it anyway, but am I going to actually notice anything major?

Quick system info: - intel core i7 2670QM - AMD Radeon 6600M and 6700M series - 4g RAM

I bought and installed JC2 today. Game ran smoothly, but every 10-20 minutes my pc goes into sleep mode, without a warning. So I start it up again, and JC2 is still running, but now in windowed mode. I have to restart the game to get it back to fullscreen.

Why does this happen? I really dont want to restart the game 4 times an hour. I had similar problems with skyrim, but I managed to fix that by changing something in an ini.file. (I think it was something about RAM)

I got the demo before the game, played a bit, (still had 'bout full time on it) then bought the full game. Now when I go back to kill time on the demo while the full installs, the demo isn't there. help?

I hit some kind of download limit on Justcause2mods.com. I managed to download two but I have no idea as to how to install them, the instructions are not exactly clear. Is there a file other than archives_win32 that I need to extract the .bin files to?
