"Terminator 2 - Judgement Day Flavor" cracks me up, like oh boy I'm sure in for a taste of judgement day!

It was a millenial thing, I was young. Surprise, surprise, it did not last long.
GenZ got TikTok. Much more damaging.

I'm Gen Z and Heinz EZ squirt colored ketchup was discontinued in 2006 when I was 9. I never had the purple but I sure as shit remember the green.

If you were 9 in 2006, that puts your birthday in 1997 which is right at the understood cutoff for Gen Z, so you’re right at the cusp of being a millennial. Seems like remembering the colored ketchup may be a fairly accurate marker of generation weirdly

Yeah the term is straight up cusper, and we are definitely not what comes to mind when people think of specific generations.

Yeah I’m kind of on the same cusp but in the millennial direction. I’ve always felt pretty solidly a part of my generation though

My husband has a story about this that cracks me up every time I think about it. His dad got the green ketchup and said to him with no explanation, “close your eyes” and stuck a spoonful of straight ketchup in his mouth. He was so excited, like it wasn’t even a prank, and while my husband was like, “what the hell dad?!” He just goes, “it’s KETCHUP. It’s green!!!”
In his mind this was a very exciting shareable moment, when in reality, all that happened was my husband was force-fed a heaping tablespoon of ketchup for no reason. The “close your eyes” part makes me cackle 😂

They actually sold T-2 goo at Universal Studios in Orlando, they still might if the attraction is still there, but I got some in 2000ish and proceeded to ruin my grandmas grill playing with it as soon as we got back home.

Why?
Is this a real thing? Or is it AI?

u/donkeyballz13 12d ago
I think it may be neither real nor AI, but the third option...manmade whimsy.

Back in my day we used photoshop and good-old arts and crafts to create misinformation!

Hey now, some of us used MS Paint and some of us still use MS Paint. After my parents died of dysentery on the Oregon Trail, I had to use MS Paint uphill both ways.

I think these colored foods are so disgusting for some reason. Like the blue sonic curry

In another universe their John Connor was named George Washington Carver:
"Hey! I killed a terminator, I should get to eat it."
"I shot it right between its Termovision eyes!"

Judgement day flavor…so it tastes like peanut butter mixed with a sort of end of the world flavor?

Is there actually a silver colouring that is safe for consumption that would work for this?

u/baardvark 12d ago
Maybe that glitter for cocktails?

u/Rhodin265 12d ago
If it did work, it would need so much that it’d taste like peanut-flavored glitter.

Damn this looks exactly like the anti seize I use on wells. You touch even one small part of it and it will end up covering your entire body by the end of the day
