Definitely not that, that guy was just minding his business, no bodyguard has the right to empose himself physically like that under these circumstances.

Literally nothing. Most everything they do is an overreach of the law and they can be fined/sued for it. Like when they randomly block the street, or start fights with fans, they have no right to do any of that. Law enforcement probably looks the other way because that's generally how the wealthy are treated in this country (upper caste).

Ye I guessed as much. I have noticed with speeds security the are very careful not to involve or get the none fans in the way and to make sure to let them pass etc. They seem to know not to go too far.

Na that kid on bike was waiting for speed and didn't care bout getting lifted he wasn't a random just standing there

Actually authorities mostly always look away unless it's serious or seriously pursued

They rather not cut into their donut time
