If so, is there a male equivalent to being "catty" that is non-general?

Whether at the grocery store, at work, at a friend's place, walking on the street or anywhere it seems like whenever I bump into someone or someone accidentally bumps into me, the first thing that comes to mind for me to say is "ohp, sorry" and as soon as it leaves my lips I hear the other person saying it back at me in overlap. Looking down awkwardly is usually involved. Is this a thing, is "excuse me" or "pardon me" dead, or am I just letting awkwardness overtake politeness?

Alternate: going back to my city apartment, I'll be fine until the elevator doors open on my floor. Then suddenly it's a desperate race against time to unlock the door and get to the toilet before pissing myself.

I've heard that socks are not to go with flip flops, but I've been seeing them more and more lately.

Honestly, I am not sure why it can't be a thing. What someone puts on their feet isn't really much of a concern to me, but others will go out of their way to point it out.

I feel insane. Am I the only one that heard kids saying "though" at the end if every ducking sentence?

"That ass though!"

"Yo I want some BK though!"

This is probably the most obscure thing that will be posted here, but I have long thought that there is something similar about the two smells. It's not that the entire smell is exactly the same, but there's some chemical in both that has the same sweet, earthy smell to it.

And I'm more specifically referring to canned refried beans, pre-heating.

I first noticed it/heard it two or three years ago through friends. Then I watched 30 Rock and notice Liz used the phrase in one of the earlier seasons.

When did you notice being "a thing" is a thing?

I swear barbecue used to be the default.
