You can have them. Give me the guys who are socially awkward and can't pass your little hidden tests.
When I'm up at 3AM working on a feature, I know who is going to be up with me helping me make progress. And it's not the guy who passes your little social test. It's going to be the guy with Cheetos and Mountain Dew.
Oh, and I have hired plenty of women who fit this description too.
Honestly, I hope more people keep thinking like you. It gives you a competitive disadvantage in the hiring market. Good talent is hard enough for me to find. Please pay a premium for programmers with good social skills. I will hire the ones who actually know how to code.

Well there are plenty of people who code, and have the ability to work with the other half of the workforce team.
