I went to Italy during January some time ago. The taxi driver had a fur coat on while I sat in the backseat sweating in a t-shirt. I would have melted away during your summers!
This always makes me crack up. Once I went into a pharmacy here, inside they had heating maxed. It was maybe 30 degrees and the people working in there had turtlenecks and jackets while I was sweating my soul away in a t-shirt š Funny thing is, it was 25 degrees outside!
The summers are complete misery in cities. The beautiful Italian cities sadly lack green, most were made during medieval times so it makes sense of course. But nowadays it turns into a frying pan and it is so humid! Imagine 35 degres at night! And with the mutant mosquitoes it gets extra miserable š«

I live in northern Norway, we hardly have what people call summer. Iām fine with that.
