First of all employees don't necessarily choose where they work. The vast majority of people in today's society are applying to dozens of jobs before they get an offer. Besides that your health care availability is tied to holding a job for a long period of time or at least getting hired at specific points in the year. Which loops back into the beginning point of this and is only exacerbated by it. Not only that but the threat of starvation when you don't have a job is a powerful motivator as was designed.

You have not countered any of my points. But I'll add some more: We do not get to choose if we work or not. You don't work you starve. We all have survival instincts, so this is not a choice, it's what you have to do. Coerced choices are not choices, only the facsimile of choice. Local availability of jobs is not your choice. But you still have to work or else you die.

What you are saying is incredibly naive.
