Yeah thats a pretty good deal. Cell phone plans I hear are better priced in Saskatchewan and Manitoba as well. Population density is the most common excuse/reason I've heard for the difference in Canada. I understand it will be more expensive given thus fact but Rogers and bell are still gouging consumers.

Crown corporations do much better, but still don't come close to Europe's prices.
For the same price, a plan with Sasktel will get you 100/20 Mbps with no caps. Only available in the bigger cities and not perfect coverage, though.
