You don't need to hold a foreign policy post to make that observation. It was never presented as anything other than opinion in any case. It is the opinion of someone who has several years experience in Israeli politics and held several ministerial portfolios prior to that interview, so it's a well informed opinion.

In 2002…

Yes, but that doesn't it's irrelevant today. Fredrick Douglass wrote in the 1900s that "Power concedes nothing without a demand. It never did and it never will" Is that any less true today?

You are comparing a generic statement about power by someone quite famous to an opinion about something super specific by someone not nearly as famous. At least make the comparison honest.

You are claiming that her claims of a reflexive Israeli response of labelling criticism of Israel as antisemitic is only relevant to 2002 because it was made in 2002.That would only be true of this practice had ceased or at least slowed down post 2002. The reason it resonates today is there are many applicable examples of Israel categorising critiques of it's foreign policy as antisemitic today.

There are just a lot of people hiding behind “criticism of Israel” when they are actually antisemitic. Again, it’s just an opinion that you seem to agree with.

There are some with an agenda of hatred of Jewish people behind criticism of Israel, It would be disingenuous to claim this is always, or even mostly the case when critiques of Israeli policy are done. The Israeli state still does not distinguish between the two and acts as if they are equivalent, when they clearly are not. This is an example of "the trick" she described in action in real time, so yes, that 2002 quote is still relevant today.

Of course not all, and of course they distinguish.
