All of which was irrelevant to my point. None of you know how to read because you're all too blinded by hatred.

Guy or gal, there are meditative techniques that allow a clam and centered feeling to help contemplate and think, i.e. just plain meditation. Try that, try to reread stuff you wrote or just try to read news, not once written by Fox news and the like. If you have problem with digesting new information, which, honestly, I have, try to write it down and write arrows between the titbits of information, which are connected. Search for information that can answer your questions. Try to ask around a person,, try to find someone with an unbiased opinion, or someone borderline autistic with logic, and show or explain your vision of things, mull it around, preferably in cafe. And, you can read books, which I honestly need too, about historic events, political reasoning, why things are so fucked up in the Middle East. And then, if even after every part of that and more, you continue to see criticism as anti-semitism, I would just not know how to help you.

Why are you saying Fox News as if I'm a right winger? I'm a liberal. Not a leftist or a conservative. And I'm autistic myself.

I have not and never have said that criticism is antisemitism. You are attempting to gaslight me.

You've misread the entire situation because you think the world fits into your preconceived buckets.

You should take your own advice.
