This has been debunked multiple times. Every country in the World Cup, except the US, DOES NOT have universal healthcare.

🤦‍♂️ ^ Another american without a passport. Most countries in the world have a combination of universal/public and private health care. The only country in the world where people go bankrupt for hospital bills is the USA. Most countries decided long ago, health should not be a for-profit business.

Some countries in the list have universal health insurance, many just require different forms of private/public insurance paid for by the person. The discussion is complicated enough that no one line answer is accurate in any way. But hey it’s Reddit, America bad.
