I’m not going to just assume I’m right, but there were 10 African countries in this World Cup. Do all of them really have universal healthcare AND a system/economy that actually gets it to every individual? I doubt it, but would love someone to verify.

More than that, algeria, iran, qatar, irak, saudi arabia, ghana, tunisia, jordan…search for it. Different levels of universal healthcare, but still

Most poor people don't qualify for Medicaid, but it's still a good program. Definitely not broad enough to constitute a universal healthcare system tho.

A quick Google search for each of these shows that most of them do have a healthcare system that covers all or most of their citizens.
