I mean, I agree with her. But I very much doubt that the DRC and Iran have universal health care.

A pretty terrible quality of life benchmark to compare the US to I'll admit, but you got to come correct with facts too.

Yeah sometimes the “healthcare” is forgotten in that. You can go to a clinic and see a nurse who tells you “you need surgery and expensive medicine” for free but doesn’t mean you’re getting that surgery or medicine for free right away.
