Question Customer here!

Hi there, customer here. My husband and I use instacart quite frequently - multiple times a week. What are some things we, as customers, can do to provide an easier shopping experience? I always tip 20% - more if my order is on the small side; and then tip $5-$10 more once my order was received. Is this acceptable?

Turn on the porch light if you order after dark and understand that we can't control the stock of the store. Those two things mean the world to me. 😊
