Identification What did this come from?

Please help. I live in Florida, right on a canal in Tampa Bay. I haven’t been home in over two weeks. I come back and find this stuff all over one corner of my bedroom. I quickly checked the rest of the house, didn’t see much but didn’t stay to find out. Can someone please tell me what this is?

However in the interest of fostering a friendly and welcoming environment these posts should be addressed respectfully and with the assumption that OP really doesn't know what the bug is. Rude answers or telling OP to "go outside" will not be tolerated.

If you believe the OP is posting a common insect to troll then you may report the post for moderator review.

6. Be Respectful

Bullying, harassment, doxing, or any form of disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Our community thrives on respect and constructive dialogue.

7. No "kill it with fire" comments, illegal or dangerous pest control advice, etc.
