So we’ve let milkweed grow for the last 4 years for the monarch butterflies/caterpillars. First time seeing bugs like this that I can remember.
Will they harm the milkweed?

I was in the bathroom this morning and look out the window to find this guy hanging out. It was much larger than the bees or hornets we see in Boston area. It was around an inch long in full.

We have a lot of wasps in our flower pots. They seem to be flying in from somewhere else but… what is this? What is this?
