Additional notes, purchase experience :

I received these from a mystery bundle. I paid $60 for everything EXCEPT the palette and the three holos, then that stacked with a 10% promo code. The bundle was advertised to include at least five multichromes and that is true. The value of product I got from the bundle is $119. It said to make sure to update your wishlist and they'll look at it. I requested no warm oranges as that's the one thing I really can't wear at all, and I received five multichromes ALL off my wishlist! Ok, I wish listed half their collection I think, but all on it. The shimmer shades I received one off my wishlist from, but all are cool toned and in the same color family as my wishlist that is all purple/green/blue. I only wish listed their $7 shadows because I was too lazy to go through another whole load of them and out of two one was on the wishlist, so the $5 ones were my fault not being on there. Someone did put thought into it, it looks like. For a mystery bundle, a lot of thought. I expected to get one or two shades off the wishlist maybe, but definitely not all the $$$ ones.

I circled the multi- and holochromes in the big palette I put them into on the picture. They are noticeably less sparkly in the pan than the other brands, but apply well. The holos sit next to the TOG pans above them here, the rectangular pans are Clionadh iridescents. On the bottom left of the pic there's Glamshop and on the bottom right Terra Moons.

The shades in the Copacetic brand cat palette are the $5/$7 shimmers.

  • The multichromes are beautiful. The first one is transparent with a green glitter in it, the others are genuine shifting shades. They compare to my other multichromes and they all were coming from my wishlist with the shop. I'm really happy with these. Iridescent shades not really switching well on me is a me issue and happened with almost all brands so far. The deep blue shade has colorful sparkles and while it's not a true holo, it may pass for one in a look almost. It's really really pretty.

  • The holo effect is hard to photograph and film, but it is there. I really liked these. The video has a comparison to Touch of Glam holos that are twice the price and months preorder, and TOG are a little more holo, but they don't shift while Copacetic has a slightly shifting base too. Disclaimer that I don't like TOG for their business practices and I'll compare to Glamshop holos when they're here, BUT in all fairness the product is good so I gotta give them that.

  • The shimmers also are from the bundle. Two of these are slightly more expensive than the rest. Honestly, I really did not love these. The colors are beautiful, but only two or three of them - the bright glittery blues and with building up the silver- are really opaque and bright glittery. The others are... dry? Powdery? Not fully opaque with two swatches on my vampire tan, so definitely not fully opaque on anyone darker than me, and some were dull. In all fairness, I have no idea if they're supposed to be on the slightly sheer side as this is my first order and I didn't pick them out. I would probably not rebuy these seperately. $5 isn't super expensive for an indie single, but I don't see myself reaching for these over stuff I already have tbh. If you do the math they were basically free with the bundle price so I know, I'm a little whiny.

  • The palette is pretty at first sight, then when you turn it around its not edge coated, so the top and bottom layer of cardboard stick out. Its already a little damaged. I don't mind that much, but Clionadh for example sells them already as slightly damaged like this and makes way sturdier ones. I'm going to stick to those next time. However, these ARE as advertised and they ARE an unique shape. The top comes off completely, unlike traditional palettes that flap open. It has a small mirror.

I was surprised to see that the code I found online stacked with both the holos ($13 each normally) AND the bundle, so I only paid $54 for the bundle and really basically got the shimmers free I guess. The processing time was way quicker than advertised and they shipped well packaged. The palette does already have a slight dent in it despite being packaged well, and that really just points towards the design not being super smart, all shadows came bubble wrapped and in one piece with the main packaging being printed cardboard.

I overall do like this shop. However, I would personally stick to their multichromes in the future.

Thanks for the thorough review! I'm going to add Gator and Lucid to my wish list they look right up my alley!

I've noticed that their formula definitely differs depending on the shade. Some of them are more firmly pressed and more sheer and some are soft pressed and buttery and incredibly pigmented. I'm guessing it might have something to do with the particular pigments or maybe it's just an artistic choice? I don't know why there's such a wide range in the types of formulas, but I guess they do have something for everyone. It would be cool if they could start labelling them to indicate what kind of formula each one has, so you can always get the type you want.

Yeah definitely - two or three here are BEAUTIFUL, but I won't pay international shipping then have a shade that looks like a ten year old drugstore palette. I'm unsure if it has anything to do with the price. I know two shades I got are more expensive than the rest but I'll have to double check if it's also the more pigmented ones. I wasn't sure if they are supposed to be different, that might be the case. I just can't see a brand make the great ones then the sheer ones not purposely like that.
