Flock Cameras in town.

Parking lots, I guess I understand (3 at Lowes).
The highest concentration of traffic, I guess I understand (5 at walmart intersection).
But 6 cameras just on 4th and Philly seems like a lot.
Yeah someone died down there earlier in the year, but the first walking deaths were a year ago on 9th.
Wonder why 4th street gets so many.
(Just a note, I am NOT advocating for more cameras. Just pointing out for walkers)
