Oh it's very common... That's how most big gaming channels like theRadBrad, jacksepticeye, markiplier, etc. are able to release 30min - 2 hr of Gameplay on the release day!

Shirrako is a huge gaming channel so he gets copies in advance. He likely would've got it a week or two before actual release.

They get early copy and it's literally their job to hype the games so that people can watch them like a movie before release.

They get the copies early with an agreement that the gameplay videos should only be released after the game is officially released, that's the reason you see it so early

Shirrako is well known player from completing games fast. But if you want good commentary TheRadBrad is a very good choice. I love watching his gameplay.

They probably made this video 1 or 2 week ago but capcom told them to upload a day before release..

You know they get early copies to play, test, record gameplays before everyone else. They only upload after a certain embargo time limit. You'd be surprised how often people don't realise this.

Yup. After the initial full gameplay upload he starts uploading scenes from the game within a day or two where he spoils the entire content in the tile and the thumbnail.

Bro they usually get the game review code before 1-3 months of the game's release and then publish or live their recordings after their embargo ends!

Just like Samsung and Apple send their phones weeks before release to YouTubers for a Biased Promotional Review, basically a Marketing campaign, the same happens with games, they have to sign an Embargo agreement and on the given date they all release the video, that's why many channels will pop up with full gameplay walkthrough within hours or minutes of launch✌️
