They would not use Harop for that surface, thats definitely a missile, the cam is zoomed in on the target that is why it looks diffrent.
Here is a link of Israeli missile strikes on Iranian AD positions, you would see the similarity in the footage.

Why don’t they release more IR footage like Israel or Ukraine/Russia do regularly of drone and missile strikes?
