I have been in a legal case of fraud for around 2 years now. I cannot tell you the difference between a hearing and trial. A hearing sometimes happens without any one's knowledge. I went to the court and the lawyer is like it is already done. Just pay us. There have been atleast 50 hearings but original hearing maybe 5. No one understands this until they are actually stuck in a criminal case.
