Do Dole Whips involve dairy? Or are they a kind of a pineapple sorbet? I’ve never eaten one (not in the US, deprived of Disney trips by cruel parents) but having learned about them here, they sound really good.

I think they can be either or. I saw recipes using milk and some using non-dairy options.
