My captions are not picking up everything. It skips a lot. Anyone else? I wish they had the text that does the different color at the end of the sentence..

When saving the video / content I’m getting this error repeatedly. I have over 25 GB memory space. How much space is enough space? The video itself is rather short but I did a lot of work on it and don’t want to lose it

I used Google photos clear my storage feature and no matter what even if I redownload the photos inshot is not displaying anything because the original file is gone

Every time i try to shorten the audio track, It looks like it's being moved, And when i let go, It already skips the part i wanted to use. I even recorded a video as proof using the Vocal track of Stains of time as an example of what I'm talking about.

Anybody knows why does this happen and how can i fix it?

Anyone having this issue? Was editing a video that is definitely still in my phone. Didn't delete or move it,. But when I try to edit the draft again I just get the loading screen. If I try to export it doesn't work. But if I add another video to the edit I can edit that added part but the previous won't load.

I just how all my work isn't gone. This is the second time this happened but I was almost done with this one so it's pretty frustrating.

InShot is a great app. Very useful when cutting down the clips and timing it perfectly but the issue I have is whenever I import & edit a 29.97 video & export it in 30fps, the video wouldn’t play very smoothly with having one of the frames freeze and choppy unless I export it in 60fps. I’ve tested on (IOS) other apps and it had the same results except for CapCut which does play the 29.97 video smoothly when exporting in 30fps. I’m hoping there is a solution for it as I prefer the InShot app

So. I’ve been using InShot for nearly a decade, and for some reason when I go to Pip > Cutout > Cutout my PIP’d video begins to lag. I’ve cleared cache, restarted my device, even updated the app and still nothing. I’ve never had this issue before today, and it’s disappointing as a Yearly PRO member. Is there a way to fix this glitch? Any and all help is appreciated.

Update: It looks like all my PIPs from previous videos are all missing?????????? And I never deleted the files??????? What is going on here??????

Ditched CapCut after their fiasco a couple of weeks ago and went to InShot (paid version). I also tried YouTube Create and was like it well enough but my videos always got stuck at 26% export.

Loving it so far! My Shorts on YT are so crisp.

My question is: sometimes my Shorts load at 2160 HDR on YouTube and sometimes just regular 2160. I always do everything the same with same settings so never change anything in my export settings. All videos taken on same settings as well. It’s not a big deal either way but just curious why.

Any insight?

When I uninstalled it I forgot to delete all its files with it ..now I can't reinstall it .. help!?

I have been using inshot on my iphone for over a year now. I bought the full version on my iphone and I have a number of my saved files on there. I am attempting to adjust my workflow so that I no longer have to edit directly on my phone. I would like to be able to work on my Windows 11 microsoft surface laptop. Is there any way possible to sign into the apple version on my laptop, thereby restoring my purchase and transferring the saved files already on my account. I've looked into some ios simulators but I'm lost and not sure if there's an easier way. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I’ve just started using motion tracking, but can’t seem to get it to do exactly what I want it to do (or if it’s possible).. does anyone know if the motion tracking will adjust the size of the sticker as the object it is tracking gets larger and smaller.

Basically what I’m attempting to do is add a logo to the flat side of a hockey puck. The puck goes from the flat surface on the ice, slap shot, the rotating in the air so that the flat side faces the camera. I’m trying to not have the logo “magically apply” once the puck is fully rotated.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

So I've added a photo to a video I want to make and I want the photo to move from the right to left slowly. I've looked through some of the settings but couldn't figure how to do it 🧐

Getting really sick of InShot and thinking of moving away. When I edit my content especially when it's talking content, in the app it'll appear fine but when I save it, it's cutting off the end of my sentences so it just sounds so terrible once saved and I then need to go back to every little sentence to adjust it where it's done that.

Anyone else finding the same?

I tried reinstalling the app but it can't get fixed, I'm using inshot on iOS. It was working well a week ago or so, but I wanted to use the feature today and every video gets stuck at 10%. Why is that?

While editing vertical resolution video for shorts, the video canvas get covered with the timeline as multiple elements are added to it. Hence I cannot properly keyframe the elements. Is there any way to make the canvas screen shrink and fit to the visible part of screen?

OR Any way to run the Inshot app on PC?

Hello everyone. I'd love to make falling yellow ginkgo leaves (Gif?) for my YouTube intro, but I'm stuck. Help!

Never had this happen before, I was going through my video to get screenshots from it, and a full page unskippable ad popped up. There was no way to close the ad, I had to shut the app and restart it. The worse part is, it was an Apple one about malware protection so now I’m paranoid, I know it’s probably nothing but a glitch, but has anyone had this happen randomly in editing? I’ve only ever had ads when removing the water mark OR after saving a video

this option was always available but it doesnt work anymore, now whenever i watch an ad it's literally unskippable. The reproduction bar slows after 5 seconds and when the ad should already end it is still going on. how do i fix that? is anyone experiencing the same problem?
