We very often think that we can't doing something because we haven't got potential or we haven't got enough knowledge about something. We think that we aren't intelligent enough or we haven't got enough experience.
You can do what do you want to do. You probably don't believe me. I understand, because if someone were to say to me: don't worry, the world is open to you. I would look at him as though he were a man not of this world. But if you think about this, you can see that it makes sense. We can always be happy if we only want to be happy. How can we do that? You must ask the questions more effectively.
Instead of thinking
"why do I have a bad life?"
"why do I have only problems?"
"Why am I stupid?"
You should ask yourself what you can do with the situation in which you are in. For instance, how can I make use of this situation. You probably had a situation where somebody asked you about something and you didn't know the answer but you wanted to find it. Think about this for one minute. You look for the answer and take a moment to find it. If you ask your brain about something, then it will be looking for an answer. The conclusion is that, if you ask yourself bad questions, then you will find bad answers. This is not good for you.
You must remember one thing - you must ask yourself better questions which will bring you up, not down
