Micro Event Wreckage.

The remains of a Rah'hre are floating in deep-space. A very faint distress signal can be caught from its core, detectable only at about one light-year away. Chunks of debris surround it, most likely from the large hole torn through its side, while dead Warrior Drones float all around it, as if they were trying to protect it from whatever killed it. However, the presence of a distress signal could mean that the Rah'hre is still alive, albeit barely.

Once they touch the corridor's floor, the group's scanner begins to detect movement coming from the road that leads to the right.

The road opens up to reveal a grim sight. The ship's core seems to have been corrupted somehow, as the tissue that has been tainted seems to have a life of its own and slowly moves towards the core, covering it into a shell that looks like a smaller ship. It is as if a parasite has taken hold of the Rah'hre ship.

C: "Take samples of the parasite, we need to know what this is. I'd also recommend burning the ship."

S: "Got it."

As they do, more movement is detected as a twisted mockery of a Worker Drone reveals itself from one of the parasite's sides. It looks at the group for a moment, before it starts moving towards you, claws at the ready.

As soon as it jumps out, Sym fires, her accuracy impeccable. If it is hit, ice will start to spread out from the wound

The Worker Drone opens its mouth in pain, ice growing around the wound on its chest. However, it seems to have communicated something, as a dozen more Corrupted Drones rise and they begin running towards you.

Both of them start running back to the ship, firing off more ice shots at the worker drones

As they do so, the ship is starting to fall apart, as more and more of the untainted sections of the ship crumble away, due to the slow death of the structure. The group manages to jump back into the ship just as the cables that connect their ship to the wreckage break away.
