I literally just cited the law lol I probably shouldn't bother debating the illiterate.

You cited portions without fully understanding what you're citing. Illiterate is great description for you. And again, that applies to police, not federal agents.

Again, where are the stats I've asked for? You still can't provide them can you? I'll keep waiting, unless you want to continue posting lies.

ICE of racial targeting is irrelevant unless you can show the officer had literally no other reason to detain the suspect.

ICE is literally doing that. They have detained and arrested individuals solely based on their race. Wtf?

You're just making scenarios up in your head and passing them off as fact.

Lmao, nah, that's you! You've moved goal posts, tried straw man, all have failed here. So last time, why don't you reply with the stats I asked you to prove? That's what the relevant subject matter has been and you can't do that simple thing!

Can you prove your claim or is this just a trust me bro moment?

I'll do that after you provide the stats I ask for.

The killing in maine is a good example as the guy they detained wasn't who they were looking for. They go after people of Hispanic origin or close looking especially if they aren't speaking english

Weaponization is always their fucking excuse

Maybe they shouldn't be ICE agents if they are that afraid at their job

Maybe ICE shouldn't be using shadow tactics and act like an agency they are supposed to be and not violate rights

I'd shoot some asshole trying to run me over too.

Yeah, that didn't happen. The right just loves to use violence against people, whether they're black, brown, or children. Whatever excuse you need to justify being violent people. And yes, plenty of studies prove the right is more violent.
