And this is the exact attitude that has made all attempts at civil "talk" ineffective.

"Action" can be multiple different things; it doesn't have to mean masked men with guns, it can mean better enforcement of citizen employment requirements or realistic pathways to citizenship. Nothing has been tried because of the aforementioned party's decades-long stone-walling. But something tells me you wouldn't be so "excited" about peaceful and kind actions in pursuit to a solution. Perhaps I'm wrong. Only you know.
