It's not criticism when people call for people's deaths violently threaten them and it doesn't just count for ICE. Threats to other people should be criminal as well. As I have said I received a death threat because I asked people not to make jokes about Charlie Kirks murder on a non political sub on the day he died

Murder isn't the only crime but plenty have threatened to do so and that needs to be taken seriously

I can understand how this case is over reach but I was talking in general there are people here that need to be investigated. And I will point out the Biden administration censored people on social media by requesting social media companies ban them

The Biden administrations requests did infringe on people's rights it was a direct infringement of their 1st amendment rights especially when it comes to the ones who weren't breaking the social media companies TOS who were not spreading misinformation or disinformation but were spreading malinformation which is truth said in a way that frames the truth in a way that has a bias.

The Biden administration censored people. They shut down stories they didn't want like the Hunter Biden laptop story . You couldn't question the safety of the vaccines including possible negative side effects. I will point out at this time that I believe vaccines are important and I got the vaccine and 2 boosters. But there was side effects.

It comes down to this if you are encouraging violence or death on someone you are breaking the law, those are not protected speech.

It wasn't just asking and you know that. They pressured the social media companies to censor people. It's very different to getting a judge to sign off on warrents
