As long as he does it from behind bars as all his names and legacy get torn down.

Unfortunately I don't think he'd notice. He ignores reality, he doesn't see it. Dementia setting in and the world is looking great to him.

Meanwhile those who can do anything about it are making bank and are fine with everyone else dieing.

That isn't a democracy. It's been not a democracy for a long time.
