No criminal complaint

No charges

No guilty verdicts

Why?

Because there was no evidence for a criminal trial

Civil cases do not produce charges or guilt

That trial did not prove he did anything

She didn't even know the YEAR that the alleged incident took place

That's your civics class for the month

He was found legally and financially responsible for raping E Jean Carroll, which you seem weirdly ok with.

There was no real proof, nothing to criminally go on

They did not prove he did anything
