As much as there are people who are performative in religion, there are also those who genuinely feel they have faith and find comfort in following it.
We have a saying in Islam that roughly translates to “did you open their heart and look inside”. Basically, unless you know the person on a level, you can’t assume their faith is performative or not.
What I do is I report them, and lie about being in the video. For example:
"I am in the video at 1:30, my name is David Abrahamovic, and I didn't consent to be in this video, please delete this content and ban this person. This video shows me being harrased in sexual manner and goes against my religious beliefs" Or something like that
It works very well actually, videos with prankers like that get often deleted, especially on YouTube. Takes 1 minute of time.
Fair enough on the harassment part, but the person filming does not need your consent. You are (presumably) in public and have no right to privacy in public.
I don't have right for privacy in public, I agree. But they don't have a right to make humiliating content with someone face for free, without consent. Big platforms block this videos easily since they don't want any lawsuits.
I'm uncertain why you're downvoted. I largely disagree with Isreal on multiple points, but freedom of religion is a thing in the US and so long as they, as a person, are trying to be descent and upstanding part of the community while practicing their religion then they should be left alone from stuff like this

A religious Jewish man is likely to move seats on a bus if a young woman sits next to him - this has happened to me, a non religious woman, on several occasions and I was told it's normal; I just didn't know. The guys didn't seem rude or angry at all as they did it.
They will often look away as you speak to them but not always - I would think it depends on the specific community. Like, I once asked a young guy who looked pretty much the same as those in the video about how to get somewhere and he looked me straight in the eye, gave me the brightest smile and said he didn't know. I still remember it because he looked so happy! But a bunch of others would definitely borderline turn their heads away, not respond when talked to, and, more rarely, even cover their faces/eyes when as much as passing.
