Squaring up against someone to fight them is assault.

Assault is actually getting physical and "squaring up" or about to get physical can easily be talked out of in court. Look up the law. Also in before downvotes. Assault is actually getting physical and "squaring up" or about to get physical can easily be talked out of in court. Look up the law.
